This ad does not make me want to buy one. That water streaming out of her other nostril… Why is it only coming out of her other nostril? And how is it not dribbling onto her lips and chin or into her mouth? That containers does look nice though?

Starting tomorrow, March 1st, Google Friend Connect will stop supporting blogs/sites that aren’t hosted on Blogger. What this means is those of you who are keeping updated via GFC won’t be able after today. <-- That is my very sad face. Fortunately, there are other ways to stay in touch:

Email: enter your email address to have new posts sent to your inbox.
Facebook: just “Like” the Facebook page to stay updated in your feed.
Bloglovin’: this is a great alternative to aggregating the blogs you follow and you can organize them by groups.
Twitter: all new posts get Tweeted, so you can get updates in your feed.
Google+: I’m not so good about updating this page, but I can try to be!

Running Behind on Calvin’s Cupcakes

I just wanted to let some of you sweet mommas know that I’m running behind on requests at Calvin’s Cupcakes. I’m sorry to miss some special days, but I’ve been sick (still am) with an upper respiratory infection. I promise to catch up soon and will be sending along a free high-resolution version as a not-nearly-enough apology for falling behind to those of you who made a request, but whose cupcakes I didn’t get to making on time.
